Davy is the first pet we got after we became homeowners and "allowed" to get pets (stupid apartment rules!). Davy came home on July 14th, 2002 from the Michigan Humane Society, with his name that we kept and a very bad respiratory infection. After many days of fluids and care, he eventually got better and became a normal rambunctious kitty!
He has grown into our "fat cat", who is a little more aloof than Earl, but will come to you when he wants to cuddle, and does enjoy kisses, head scratches and belly rubs when he is on his kitty tree (that Rick & Steve built for the cats!). Along with Thumper, he has helped watch out family grow and has accepted most things reluctantly, but then opens up to them. He has been the best about accepting Jaxson so far!
